For business”, with an aim to sell a successful broad range of 100 million business based products, from office supplies such as stationery and cleaning products to industrial tools, furniture, laptops, laboratory kits and security products to companies across the UK.
With the UK B2B market valued at 96.5 billion back in 2015, Amazon has recognised the opportunity to offer this type of one-stop-shop to the UK business market.
What Does Amazon Business Have To Offer?
Their new buying platform ‘Amazon Business’ provides some unique services which are slightly different from their already well established Amazon shopping website, by offering reduced pricing and discounts on multi-buy products, free delivery on orders of £30, VAT breakdown on invoices. The new Amazon Business system also gives the opportunity to set budgets and review spending targets through in-depth analytics whilst also allowing multiple staff / departments to check in to place orders under a single business account.
